To What Church Do These Men Belong?

I had thought that this controversy was settled during the Chinese Rites dispute in the early XVIIIth Century. The Holy Office of the Inquisition's Decree of le 20 novembre AD 1704 would seem to be sufficient evidence that «Rome has spoken, the case is closed», but of course, in today's world, Rome's word means little to many who pretend to be Catholic!
