AD 399, His Holiness, St Anastasius I begins his reign as Pope.

AD 511, Clovis, king of the Franks, dies and his kingdom is divided between his four sons. A mistake, it delayed the Kingdom of France, Eldest Daughter of the Church for centuries. Vive la France!
