An archival posting from Fjordman, dealing with jihadists in Scandinavia. It discusses the suggestion, by an Imam, that the concept of «blood money» should be introduced in Denmark. It's a fascinating Quranic concept. A Muslim man is worth four times as much as a Christian woman, but an ex-Muslim is worthless! We had the same concept 2 000 years ago. It was called «weregild» (man-price) and it was similarly graded. However, the Church was instrumental in Civilising us out of the concept, unlike Islam!
