Catalan Autonomy?

One of Gral. Francisco Franco's few failings was his acceptance of the red, revolutionary doctrine of the unitary State. As a Catholic, I believe in the principle of subsidiarity (from Wikipedia) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Subsidiarity) and as a Carlist sympathiser I fully support the strivings of the Spanish Provinces to reëstablish their ancient fueros (from Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fueros). Ergo, I support this iniative.
