Yesterday, 22 January AD 2005 was the 500th Anniversary of the Papal Swiss Guard Corps. May they defend our Holy Fathers for 500 more years! And let us remember, in our prayers, their compatriots, the King's Swiss Guard of France, who fell to a man defending His Most Christian majesty, King Louis XVI. (R+I+P)
