Christopher Howse, in «The Telegraph» on Red Tony's latest proposals for totalitarianism. He says, «This Government is the enemy of healthy institutions, from the monarchy downwards: Parliament is undermined, the Churches marginalised, schools driven to distraction by bureaucracy, doctors discouraged from home visits, teachers left unable to teach. It's all rights and no duties. A teacher who even raises her voice finds defiant pupils chanting the Childline number at her.» Does this sound familiar in any other country?
