Baby DNA idea sparks new concerns

It's beginning to look like Orwell was just a few years late in his predictions. Red Tony has created a new "offence", on the average, for every day he has been in office, has so weakened the common law concept of trial by jury that many minor offences are now punished with a fine by the constable on patrol ("cop", get it?) and now they want everyone's DNA on file. God save England!
