AD 1517, Martin Luther nails his 95 Theses to the door of the church at Wittenberg in Germany. Luther's theories and writings inaugurate Protestantism, shattering the external structure of the medieval church, and the internal unity of Europe, our Motherland. It has yet to be recovered!

AD 1955, Princess Margaret Rose calls off her plans to marry divorced Group Captain Peter Townsend. Boy, how things have changed! Now the Prince of Wales commits adultery throughout his marriage and then, after divorce and the death of his lawful wife, marries his paramour and makes her Duchess of Cornwall!
