Pro-life Group To Sue Shrine For Backing Out Of Contract

While I would not normally support a civil lawsuit by Catholics against a Church organisation, this suit is deserved. The Fathers of the Holy Cross, who own St Joseph's Oratory, cancelled a contract with Campagne Quebec-Vie to hold a pro-life conference at the Shrine without warning and with such short notice that people were actually en-route to Montreal when it was cancelled. The Fathers acted out of craven cowardice, reacting to threats by the pro-aborts, despite the fact that the police assured them they could handle any problems!
