Valiantly having fought the Nazis, he was imprisoned by the Red slavemasters of Czechslovakia because he had fought alongside the British. Luckily, he lived to see the downfall of the Reds and to be decorated with the highest Czech state decoration, the Order of the White Lion. (R+I+P)
