Vaclav Exner, hard-core Stalinist member of the Komunistická Strana Cech a Moravy (KSCM) [Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia], opposes the attempt of the Council of Europe to condemn the crimes of totalitarian Communist regimes. Of course, only right-wing regimes commit crimes, never left-wing ones!
