French Restaurateurs Protest Smoking Ban

If I didn't already support le vicomte Philippe le Jolis de Villiers de Saintignon for President of the French Republic, this story would lead me to do so, my Royalism aside. The Red Republican government has "decreed" a smoking ban and M. le vicomte seems to be the only major politician supporting the just protests at this government dictation of how private businesses are to be run:

Philippe de Villiers, a far-right politician who attended the Paris demonstration, pledged to support vendors who refuse to heed what he called an "iniquitous law."
