Two notes from a group with which I'm involved .
Just some musings. First from a priest: "Could you assist me in the translation (into Latin!)and then abbreviation for a new seal for a parish Church?"! I'm reminded of a story I heard several years ago. A priest in Africa sent a letter to the Chancery of an American diocese asking to establish a "sister" relationship between his parish and one in the diocese. He wrote in Latin. No one in the Chancery could even recognise the language, so they took it to the local university to a professor of Romance languages who identified it as Latin and translated it for them!
Second, if the Latin of this is not correct, would one of the League (or someone else) correct it! I want to use it as a tagline? I'll keep an eye on the group as well.
English: Islam is a religion of peace, death to all who disagree.
Latin: Mahometismus religio pacis, nex omnibus dissentint.
